中国古代的十三种定情信物源远流长与汉字的历史资料相辅相成在自然景观中传递爱意
1.同心锁:伉俪曾盟金石约,生死誓结同心锁。传说很久很久以前,善良的女孩和忠厚的后生相爱了,可是做商人的父亲不想让女儿过穷苦的日子,偏偏把她许给官家的公子。婚期来临的时候,后生勇敢地抢出了新娘逃到了山里。前有堵截、后有追兵之际,他们挽着手从山上飞身跳了下去,后人寻找它们的时候只发现了两把锁在一起的石锁。这是一个美丽的寓言,一個虔誠的祈願,一個永恒不變的承諾。将一對相愛的人名字刻在鎖上,将兩個人心緊緊地“鎖”在一起,默默無語中已經倾注了自已的心意。
2.红豆:愿君多采撷,此物最相思。在古時,有位男子出征,其妻朝夕倚于高山上的大樹下祈望,因思念邊塞的愛人哭於樹下。泪水流干後,流出了粒粒鮮紅的小豆,小豆化為血滴落入土中,那些血滴化作小豆長成大樹結滿了一樹紅豆,這些紅豆被稱為相思豆。
3.梳子:結髮同心,以梳為禮。在我國古時候,送梳子代表私訂終身,有一輩子都要纏繞到老的情意。一女子出嫁前,她們家人為她梳頭時也有云:“一梳梳到底、二梳白發齐眉、三梳子孙满堂”,既包含了家人的美好祝願,也有愛意傳遞。
4.罗帕:帕出佳人分外香天公教付有情郎。在古代多用于傳情帶著說不清道不夠的情感。“有一女子手執羅帕巧笑嫣然”想那女子伺立於萬花丛中借著帕角飄忽暗送秋波既掩去露齒尴尬又平添幾分娇媚讓人怜愛之意頓生。
5.香囊:何以致叩叩?香囊系肘後。在古人佩戴香囊歷史可以追溯到先秦時代據《禮記·內則》:“子事父母左右佩用……衿缨,以適父母舅姑。”就是說青年去見父母長辈時要佩戴“衿缨”即編織的一串香料以示敬意,又因為香囊隨身之物戀人之間也常常將它當做禮物相互赠送以表衷情。
6.玉佩:何以結恩情?美玉繫羅縵。在中國文化史上玉具有特殊的地位,《五經通義》說玉“溫潤而澤,有似於智;銼而不害,有似於仁;抑而不挠,有似於義;有瑕於內必見於外,有似於信;垂之如坠,有似於禮。”孔子的弟弟孔鲋就认为玉具有仁、智、义、礼、乐、忠、信等君子的品格。他們給美玉賦予了那么多人的品格,以至現在人们仍將谦谦君子喻为“温润如玉”。
7.缠臂金:何以致拳拳?绾臂双金环。在中国历史上女性从非常早以前就开始使用各种耳饰打扮自己,最早记录见于《山海经》,“青宜之山宜女,其神小腰白齿穿耳以钥”。这说明从远古时期起,就有人为了装饰自己的身体,而创造并使用各种形式的手镯或是称为缠臂金的一种装饰品。而这一种装饰品,不仅仅是一种实用的工具,更是一种社会身份和阶层地位的一个标志,在当时社会生活中的作用和意义极其重要,它们通过与珠宝或者其他金属制成器皿结合起来展现着一种文化风貌,并且成为了一种艺术形式,用来表现某个时代特有的审美趣味和价值观念。
