The Monkey King's Journey to the West

In ancient China, there lived a powerful monkey named Sun Wukong, also known as the Monkey King. He was born from a stone and possessed supernatural strength and agility. The Monkey King roamed freely in the mountains until he became arrogant and decided to steal peaches of immortality from the Heavenly Peach Garden. This act angered the Jade Emperor, who banished him to Laojun Temple.

The Weaving Maiden and Her Husband

According to Chinese mythology, there existed two celestial beings called Zhinü (the Weaving Maiden) and Niu Lang (her husband). They fell deeply in love but were separated by their duties as gods. Zhinü was responsible for weaving clouds while Niu Lang worked with oxen on earth. Their love story has been passed down through generations, symbolizing the union of heaven and earth.

One day, when Niu Lang realized that his wife had disappeared into a cloud formed by her mother's tears, he embarked on an arduous journey across rivers and mountains to find her again. Eventually, they reunited under a bridge over which flowed a river separating heaven from earth.

Born into poverty but gifted with intelligence and strategic thinking skills, Jiang served as an advisor for several rulers before finally helping Duke Huan of Qi establish peace among all states.
